PROLOGUE
Many thanks to AeroGirl for taking the time to ‘beta’ read and help keep me in line. I would rather see Harm and Mac get together but started thinking about the “rumors” that DPB was going to send them each their own way … so I started thinking about who on the show past or currently would be a good fit for our Commander Rabb.
This is not a Harm and Mac work of fan fiction.
It is a Harm and Jen story period. DO NOT start reading this story if you have a problem with their age difference. Nor if you think that Petty Officer Jennifer Coates cannot become an 'Maverick' and become an officer in the United States Navy.
If you have a problem with how I view the actions of the Admiral or Mac, get over it because it is how I have perceive their actions from watching and taping the entire season 9 so far before starting to write this story.
There are too many of the characters on the show that has been acting totally different from what I have seen throughout the entire 9 seasons the show has been on television. There are only a handful of shows that I have missed watching or taping from the television but I have seen every show ever shown.
IF you happen to read the story, I'm not begging or asking for anyone's comments on their opinions on it. But if you do want to say something, please do so. My mother wrote me a letter right before she passed away when I was a baby asking me to keep my mouth shut if I didn't have anything good to say to another person. All I'm asking is for you to do the same.
